Good Things Come in Threes!

3 Piece Porcelain Enamel skillet set

These pans are fantastic for cooking mouth watering steak and other meat meals. Malleys are happy to share a little secret some of the greatest chefs around the world have let out of the bag.

How to cook the perfect steak: Sear and seal your cut of beef on a skillet over medium heat for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side, depending on the cut. Then put the skillet with the steak into a preheated oven and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or however long it takes to cook the steak to your liking. Ideally you should use a meat thermometer to test for levels: Rare - 48 degrees celcius, Medium - 52 degrees celcius and Well Done - 55 degrees celcius. And thats it, serve and enjoy! Bon Apetit
